Parking fines (PCNs) are issued by the host site or its parking operator, not by evyve, and the notice itself will explain how to appeal. At Greene King locations, we may be able to help get a PCN revoked if you can show you were charging at the time — email info@evyve.com with the PCN number, the date, the charger ID, and evidence of your charging session on that date. At other sites, please follow the appeal process on the notice; the final decision rests with the host's parking operator.
