No — evyve chargers are installed on land owned and operated by host partners, so the site's parking rules and enforcement apply to evyve bays like any other. Parking at Greene King locations is free while you're charging; otherwise the site's restrictions apply, so always check the signage when you arrive. evyve can't waive a host's parking enforcement — though at Greene King sites we may be able to help get a PCN revoked if you have evidence of a charging session (see 'I received a parking fine or PCN at an evyve site').
