You need internet to start and stop a session through the app. Once the session is running, the charger handles the energy delivery directly with our network — your phone doesn't need to stay online. If you lose signal mid-session, the charge continues uninterrupted, and you can still stop it via the charger's screen. You can also stop the session via your car.
