Open the evyve app, tap the profile icon (usually top right), and choose 'Account' or 'My details'. From there you can update your name, email address and phone number — these don't need any extra verification. If you add or change a saved payment card, your bank may ask you to confirm it in your banking app (3-D Secure) before it can be used.
