The release is handled by your bank, not by evyve. Most banks release the unused portion of the pre-authorisation hold within 3–5 working days of the session ending. Some banks take up to 10 working days. If it's been longer than that, contact your bank first; if your bank confirms it's not held by them, contact us at info@evyve.com.
When will the pre-authorisation be released from my account?
