The kW figure you see on the unit is the maximum output it can deliver. Actual speed depends on several factors outside our control: your vehicle's onboard charger, the battery state of charge (charging slows as the battery fills, especially above 80%), battery temperature, and whether another vehicle is sharing the same power cabinet. Because we charge per kWh you only ever pay for the energy delivered — not for time at the unit.
