The release is handled by your bank, not by evyve. Most banks release the unused portion of the pre-authorization hold within 3–5 business days of the session ending. Some banks take up to 10 business days. If it's been longer than that, contact your bank first; if your bank confirms it's not held by them, contact us at info@evyve.com.
